Our Texas Attorney General, the person that is responsible for defending the laws of the state, has been indicted. The indictment will be unsealed on Monday and then Ken Paxton will need to surrender and be booked at one of the state’s county jails.
Can you believe this?
Attorney General Paxton should step down from his post immediately. We need someone focused on defending the laws of this state, not defending themselves in court.
